Transformation
Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara

We transformed Batu Hijau by digging into the details. Understanding that a series of small improvements in individual areas can add up to operational excellence across the whole mine. We thought about how we could maximize the use of our machinery, how we could incentivize and empower our workforce, and how we could make our production process more efficient, sustainable and resilient. The result is a mine that can give back to the people surrounding it, for decades to come.
