MINING PROCESS

Mine Planning
Various mine plannings are set by the company, starting from production targets, are production scheduling, mine design that will determine pit boundaries, stockpiles and Waste Dump areas, as well as heavy machinery equipment to achieve the production targets.

Drilling and Blasting
After planning, the designated mine production area will be drilled and blasted, to obtain samples that meet the company’s production and commercial needs.

Material Sampling
The company’s laboratory will examine the sampling of rock drilling powder, which will be used as the basis for classifying economical materials (ore) or covering materials.

Loading
Mine products are loaded into haul trucks by loading machinery such as shovel.

Sorting
Fresh ore material with economic value is crushed in a crusher and sent to the processing plant via a conveyor belt to be processed into concentrate. Ore that cannot be processed due to limited processing capacity is sent to the stockpile area for further processing. Meanwhile, the overburden is sent to the waste dump area.
