Agus is an Indonesian citizen with more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He started his career as Head of Capital Markets at Danareksa (Persero) in 1982. Career highlights include a term as Vice President Director at DBS Securities Indonesia (1992-1995), Managing Director at Danareksa (1995-2001), and Commissioner at PT Nusantara Mahabakti (2007 – present). Prior to joining AMMAN, Agus was the founding CEO of PT Ithaca Resources. Agus graduated with a Bachelor of Economics degree from Satya Wacana Christian University in 1982, and from Australian National University with a degree in Economics of Development in 1988. Agus was appointed President Commissioner at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders on 23 September 2020.

Markus is an Indonesian citizen and a veteran in the banking industry with a career spanning nearly 40 years. He began his career in 1971 at Citibank, where he worked for more than 10 years, reaching the position of Vice President. Markus then held director positions at a number of major banks, including Executive Director of Bank Central Asia and President Director of Bank Lippo (CIMB Niaga). His extensive experience has resulted in appointments to the boards of commissioners of many companies, including PT Lippo Securities, PT Jamsostek (Persero), PT Indosat Tbk, and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero).
Markus has also held positions in the public-service sector at the Ministry of State-owned Enterprises BUMN, including as Assistant Minister for Community Services and Human Resource Development in 1998 and Assistant Minister for Finance and other Services from 1998 to 2000. Markus was the President Commissioner of PT Star Pacific Tbk from 2009 to 2013 and Commissioner of PT Bank Nationalnobu from 2012 to 2017. Markus graduated from University of Indonesia in 1969 with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree, and earned a master’s in economics from the same university in 1971. He was appointed Independent Commissioner on 23 September 2020.

Teguh is an Indonesian citizen with expertise in investment and finance, having more than 30 years of experience as a tax consultant and investor, both nationally and internationally. He started his career as a tax consultant at PT Gunawan, Prijohandojo & Co. and was a partner for 10 years. Then Teguh founded PT Prijohandojo, Boentoro & Co. (PB Taxand) in 1996 and served as a partner until 2010. In 1985, Teguh graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He was appointed Independent Commissioner on 26 February 2021.

Teguh is an Indonesian citizen with extensive experience as an official at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) of the Republic of Indonesia. He began his career as Head of the Subdivision for Draft Legislation at the Secretariat of the Director General of Oil and Gas in 1990. In 1999, Teguh was appointed to the position of Head of Legislation Section. During 2010, he was Assistant to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources in the field of communication and social affairs. His final position was Secretary General of Energy and Mineral Resources, which he headed from 2013 to 2017. Teguh graduated from the University of Indonesia with a bachelor’s in public international law degree in 1983, and a Master of Law from that university in 2002. He was appointed commissioner on 7 April 2021.
