Jakarta, May 29, 2026 – PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMAN), Indonesia’s largest publicly listed copper and gold producer, has been recognized as one of ‘Indonesia’s Best Employers 2026,’ based on an independent study conducted by Statista in partnership with Tempo Media Group. Statista is a globally trusted data and market intelligence platform relied upon by leading companies, investors, and media organizations worldwide.
Niels Terfehr, Vice President Partnerships at Statista, noted that the survey serves as a valuable benchmark for job seekers, corporations, and the wider public. “This inaugural edition of Best Employers Indonesia highlights organizations that have successfully created exceptional workplaces and sets a standard for others to follow,” he said.
The “Indonesia’s Best Employers 2026” ranking was determined through an independent study covering companies across various sectors, each employing at least 200 people in Indonesia. The study compiled more than 300,000 company evaluations, with only the top 300 highest-scoring companies earning a place on the list compiled by Statista and Tempo.
Conducted between September and November 2025, the research assessed multiple dimensions of the employee experience, including job satisfaction, career development opportunities, innovation, fairness, inclusion, work-life balance, and employees’ overall perceptions of their employers. The final rankings were primarily based on employees’ willingness to recommend their employer, as well as other companies within the same industry.
Kartika Octaviana, Vice President of Corporate Communications at AMMAN, stated that the recognition reflects the company’s commitment to fostering a positive and meaningful workplace experience. “At AMMAN, we cultivate a human-centric workplace culture, one that encourages employees to speak up, grow continuously, and embrace diversity. This culture is guided by our three core values: Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Human,” she said.
Through Stay Hungry, AMMAN encourages employees to continuously strive for progress, improvement, and bold innovation. Stay Humble underscores the importance of strong cross-team collaboration while ensuring that business operations remain aligned with social and environmental contributions. Meanwhile, Stay Human places employees at the heart of the organization, leveraging technology to empower people.
AMMAN continues to implement a range of internal initiatives that reflect these values, including digital transformation to enable faster and more precise ways of working, employee-led social contribution programs supporting local communities, and strengthening the role of culture champions as change agents across departments.
Through these initiatives, AMMAN reaffirms its commitment to balancing strong business performance with a healthy work environment that supports employee growth and well-being. The recognition as one of “Indonesia’s Best Employers 2026” adds to AMMAN’s growing list of global accolades, following its inclusion in the “World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2025” ranking by Newsweek and Statista.
