AMMAN Among Southeast Asia’s 500 Largest Companies for the Third Consecutive Year
Jakarta, 30 June 2026 – PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (“AMMAN” or the “Company”) has once again been included in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list for 2026 under the Mining, Crude-Oil Production category. This marks the third consecutive year that AMMAN has earned a place in the prestigious annual ranking, which recognizes the largest companies in Southeast Asia based on revenue generated during the most recent fiscal year.

In 2025, AMMAN recorded net sales of US$1.847 billion. This performance was supported by sales of copper cathodes, refined gold, and copper concentrate during the final quarter of 2025, following the issuance of a temporary export permit. The achievement reflects AMMAN’s strong fundamentals during a critical transition year and further reinforces its position as one of Southeast Asia’s leading copper and gold mining companies.

“AMMAN’s inclusion in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 ranking for three consecutive years is a recognition of our resilience, disciplined execution, and commitment to delivering our strategic transformation agenda. The year 2025 marked a significant milestone in our transformation journey, with the commencement of Phase 8 mining operations and the start of production at our copper smelter and precious metals refinery facilities,” said Kartika Octaviana, Vice President Corporate Communications of AMMAN.

Last year, AMMAN transitioned into Phase 8 mining at Batu Hijau, which was characterized by lower ore grades during the early part of the year. At the same time, the Company was undertaking the ramp-up of its smelter operations, which also placed pressure on short-term production. Despite these challenges, AMMAN successfully produced its first copper cathodes from the smelter facility in March 2025 and began producing refined gold and silver from its Precious Metal Refinery (PMR) during the second half of the year.

The Company also continued to strengthen its supporting operational infrastructure. AMMAN made significant progress in the development of a 450 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant and accompanying Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage and regasification facilities. These developments demonstrate the Company’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions across its operations.

AMMAN’s commitment to sustainability has also received international recognition. Last year, its subsidiary, PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMNT), achieved compliance with all 32 indicators of The Copper Mark, a globally recognized assurance framework for responsible copper production. In the same year, AMMAN was once again included in Newsweek’s World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2025 list under the Materials & Chemicals category and received recognition at both the PRISMA Human Rights Award and the ASEAN Mineral Awards.

Looking ahead, AMMAN will continue to strengthen its position as a fully integrated copper and gold producer by focusing on enhancing the operational stability of its smelter and PMR facilities, expanding processing capacity, reinforcing its energy infrastructure, and accelerating its digital transformation initiatives. With an increasingly robust operational foundation, AMMAN is well-positioned to support growing global demand for copper, driven by electrification, renewable energy development, digital technologies, and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
